Synergy Archive Configuration
Problem: My selected files from email assist (Outlook/Word) are not automatically appearing in the Synergy Archive document file box. Instead, I’m being directed to the Synergy home page.
Solution: You will need to enter the Web Client Server
Step 1: From your Desktop, locate the up arrow at bottom right corner of your tool bar
Archive to Synergy Requesting the Web Client Sever
Problem: The WebClient Sever Information Error Appears when attempting to Archive to Synergy
Solution:
Step #1: Go to your Desktop to locate the AutoUpdateMonitor (Far Bottom Right Corner of your tool bar screen). ****You may need to select the up arrow to reveal hidden icons****
