Building Visitor Guidelines
To ensure the safety and security of the FedChoice Headquarters building, all visitors are required to adhere to the following entrance guidelines:
- All visitors must check in at the main or back employee entrance and provide a valid form of identification. (ID card, driver's license). There are log sheets at each entrance with visitor badges.
- Upon successful verification and screening, visitors will be issued a visitor badge that must be worn visibly while inside the building.
- Visitors may be required to have a Credit Union escort while on the premises. Hosts are responsible for ensuring their visitors follow the escort requirement and comply with building regulations.
- Visitors must adhere to the building's rules and regulations, including no unauthorized photography and respecting confidentiality. Any suspicious behavior or security concerns should be reported immediately to risk management.
- Upon leaving the building, visitors are required to return their visitor badge to security personnel for proper deactivation. Visitors should follow security instructions when exiting the building to ensure a smooth departure.
- In the event of an emergency, visitors must follow the instructions provided by security personnel and building staff. Evacuation procedures and meeting points should be communicated to visitors upon arrival.
- All visitors are expected to comply with these guidelines and cooperate with building security and staff to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- The facility reserves the right to deny entry to any visitor who poses a security risk or fails to comply with the entrance policy.
